Ray Lamp for Appraising Photographic Plate(TH-100A)
Combining
diverse advantages of other industrial ray lamp for appraising
photographic plates, we developed Tonghai series plates with the
requirements of ISO5580 and GB11226. TH-100A cold-light source plates
belong to the State patent products (with patent code ZL 95 2 30666.2).
The State Ministry Assessment Committee confirmed this product as the
high-grade lamp in 1995. With pleasing appearance and convenient
operation, this product is the best choice for your observing industrial
ray photographic plates.
Major Feature
Cold light source with high bright: Four inserted
cold-light source strip lamps with long life and high power; each of them
is of the highest power 42W with even luminance in the viewing screen,
>16000LUX (with darkness D>4.5).
Adjustable luminance: Three-range electrical luminance adjustment is
available and the inserted radiating fans and the special radiating system
makes itself rising the temperature below 45℃ when there is continuous
work for 12 hours.
Start mode: Foot operation switching regulator and complete regulator
makes the strip lamp starts fast (<0.1second/time).
1.A portable magnifier in the appraising plate is available to identify
the flaws.
2.An additional mobile appraising plate rule in the bottom of the
magnifier is available to test the strip flaws and to assess the circle
flaws (the additional apparatus can be folded to the top for use)
3. GB4730-94 standards are attached in the two sides of the viewing
screen. The special light-equating films make radiation more even. The
largest area of the viewing screen is 65＊260mm.
Safe but without noise: Revolve the tightening screw and then replace or
clean the strip lamps or the inside of them.
